All the phone numbers go to 1 location. Originally we had the 941-0001 number but the tariffs changed and they made that be broken up to 13 numbers throughout the state. So it really can't be that the number you were dialing was busy. I took a quick look at the log files over the weekend and it really wasn't too busy for the most part. We have heard alot of talk lately about folds with various dialing problems solving them by upgrading to DialUp Networking 1.2. (Microsoft)I haven't had time to look into it, or were to find it, but it seems to be almost a "cure-all"
I don't know if I ever suggested making sure you have the most current modem firmware. That too solved quite a bit of problems.
