Rather then try to hide this post by deleting it we would rather address this issue in the open. First no one is just "shut off" without notice. We are more than willing to "work with" our customers to resolve matters in a reasonable way. Secondly, usually reasons for being shutoff are spamming, non-payment of OVERDUE bills, etc. Perhaps you fall into one of these categories or another. We are sorry if you are one of the FEW disgruntled customers that all businesses have. We try to keep all our customers happy but we are a business and must conduct business affairs accordingly. Being in the service field is hard, but again we aim to keep and please our customers with professionalism to the best of our ability.
