Okay, can somebody out there help? Why is it that I can only connect @ 26.4? I have:

LT WIN modem, hardware version 1.0.01 Driver is LT 5.48; date 8-25-1999 Lucent 1643 56k(v.90) Plug & Play TAPI Compliance

What am I missing?
