While searching for an ISP for my daughter's new computer (I'm in Arkansas, she in CT), I ran across this post. You guys should be thankful they even reply to your posts. I am with one of the largest ISP's in the coutry (SWBELL) with 385DSL service and their current news page is over 1 year old.
If they aren't hiding and avoiding your calls, they are probably on the up and up with what they are telling you. I am impressed and will send my daughter to them.
