I beg to differ with the shut-off without notice part. And lets see, if someone were say, behind on their rent 3 months -- would the landlord say or do nothing? If you owed the cable TV company or phone or electric company 3 months of bills and you did nothing to pay -- would they shut off your service? Perhaps you forgot. FOR months and months? Maybe your mommy can help you to be responsible and own up to your actions and perhaps pay your bill which you seem to acknowledge you owe (STILL).
