I'm rapidly growing disgusted with the quality of the service I receive from CTConnect. Every time I connect, either I get a message saying that it is "Unable to Establish a Connection", or I get disconnected every few minutes and my Dial-Up Networking has to dial again. What is up with this worthless crap you call an Internet connection?!? I've only been on for about 10 minutes this morning, and already, I've had to reconnect 3 times!!! I can't even get my email without having to reconnect numerous times. Your service has one of the slowest DNS servers in the world, and the news server seems to have gone AWOL. On top of all of this, I'm expected to PAY $20 a month for this CRAP!!! Any *REAL* ISP would correct these problems before they get to this point. This is almost as bad as an ISP who shall remain nameless who would only let me connect at 1200bps after the first week of using their service, because they had slammed my long-distance provider, and their tech support number was long-distance. That was their way of making me use long-distance. Then they kept me on hold for hours, and expected me to pay the bill. Keep it up, CTConnect, and you'll lose your customers to the free ISP's who usually provide better service, in spite of the fact that they usually insist on putting an ad-bar on the screen, which most people hate, myself included. Maybe I should charge YOU $1.00 for every time I get disconnected in the middle of checking my email, or in the middle of a large download. Maybe then you'll get the point. At least I can say something a bit more intelligent than simply "U SILL SUCK" (sic)
