We are sorry for the trouble in service as of lately but switching over to a new provider is a HUGE task. We have tried to make the switch as smooth as possible but if there is a problem, we sit on hold with our providers tech support line and wait for tech support calls back to resolve issues. These things are above our control and we try resolve things as soon as possible. Trust us, if the switch could of gone better we would have done that rather then spend hours and hours on tech support lines and having hundreds of phone calls and emails from upset customers. We, like you, grow impatient but most issues with the switch are resolved at this point and others will be soon. Thank you, CTConnect
