The first year I had your service it was fine. Now I have to dial up 3 or 4 times to get connected and often get kicked off. My connection speeds are lousy. I thought that the "upgrade" 2 months ago (when you left us all in the lurch for 2 days) was supposed to clear this up! I got ctconnect because I want to spend my money supporting businesses in my state. But it seems like that was not a good idea. Go back to Porter & Chester or whatever and learn how to operate a router or two.
