Scenes of Italy: April 1st - 20th in the Friends Room - Paintings by Frank Pane
Folktales and Tunes of Italy: April 18 at 2:00. For school age children through adult. Join Mary Jo Maichack, Minstrel Storyteller, in a fun program in English with a sprinkling of Italian. Macaroni pa-ro-le! (words!)
"Pasta in Cucina" (Pasta in the Kitchen): April 19th at 6:00 pm. Warm your kitchen with the wonderful aromas of your favorite Italian recipes and come share the bounty at our annual potluck supper. Special speaker to be announced.
Booked for Lunch Secondo: April 20 at 12:15 pm. Join author Steve Puleo as he describes writing his brand new book, The Boston Italians: A Story of Pride, Perserverance, and Paesani, from the Years of the Great Immigration to the Present Day. Special treat! South Windsor High School Freshman Elizabeth Sirrine will read her prize-winning essay, "Why we came and what we brought."

Registration for the Spring session begins March 1 at 7:00pm in person and 8:00pm by phone.
All children's programs require pre-registration unless stated otherwise. Futher details are avilalble at the library.
